My Review:

I was less impressed with Fifty Shades Darker, mostly because for the first 300 pages… I was bored. Yes, there was a lot going on, but it wasn’t really anything interesting. But it definitely picked up in the final 230-odd pages.

The whole ‘ugh, they have sex on every other page’ is almost relevant in this book whereas it wasn’t in the previous… There was definitely a lot of sex in this novel, but there was certainly less of the BDSM side of things (well up until the last few chapters…) so it wasn’t that bad. But I found that the novel (although had a very promising plot line with the ex sub and Mrs Robinson) was boring at the start…

Despite this, when I got to around the 350 mark, things definitely picked up. I think I read the last 200-odd pages in about two hours… maybe even less time than that. I was complaining to my boyfriend about being bored one minute, and hooked the next…

I don’t really know what I can go into with this novel because it’s not family friendly, so I don’t really want to dive into it… Again, no one under the age of 16 should even think about picking this book up.

Grey comes a long way in this novel, as does his and Ana’s relationship. That was really nice to see. We find out more about Grey’s disturbing past… And Ana finally meets Dr Flynn! Woop!

Anyway, if you want to know what happens, check it out!

One thing you should definitely look forward to, in these books are the email subject titles! I;ve laughed at most, if not all of them!
