Synopsis: Goodreads:

Aiden’s novella

Aiden St. Delphi will do anything to save Alex.
Even if it means doing the one thing he will never forgive himself for.
Even if it means making war against the gods.

My Review:

Awh. This whole novella was adorable. Watching Aiden struggle against what he knows he has to do, and what his heart tells him. Honestly, it was just a beautiful addition to the midway point of this series. In Elixir, Alex has basically gone crazy, she can’t put a wall between herself and Seth, and so it’s starting to cause troubles. And the only way anyone can think of to sever this bond, to let Alex be free of Seth for a little while whilst they try to find a permanent fix, is to put her on a version of the servitude elixir – something Alex fears, and Aiden promised he’d never let happen to her.

So I really enjoyed watching Aiden and Alex sort of start again, building up a new relationship with each other. And I really enjoyed the addition of this novella, I think it adds a nice extra bit of information between Deity and Apollyon. However I’m sure it’s not going to stay as lovely as this… Things are about to get a whole lot worse, and I don’t know if I can handle it! All the sad faces!

But, i’m excited to find out what happens, none-the-less. Bring it on Armentrout, you writing Goddess!
